All contracts are entered into subject to the following conditions:

1. We supply a written contract document entitled a Terms of Reference which will be signed by both parties. This document forms a statement of your requirements and our intentions to meet them.

2. You agree to supply information material and as requested, a subject matter expert person in a timely manner in order that we may fulfil our obligations under the Terms of Reference.

3. We will make every effort to produce the service specified in the Terms of Reference in the agreed time frame.

No Warranty

Marketwrite Communications Limited will, to the best of its ability, meet its obligations as specified in the Terms of Reference.

We not provide any warranty concerning results or responsibility for failed business plans which are deemed outside our control.

Copyright

Copyright remains with MarketWrite Communications Limited on all material originated by us until all agreed charges (as stipulated on the Terms of Reference) have been settled in full.

Once settlement has been made in full, all material is deemed to be the property of the purchaser.
